These general terms and conditions of sale concern the service known as interactive training and/or support for digital transformation (hereinafter the "GTC").

Article 1 - Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of a support service (hereinafter the "Service") offered by elloha, aimed at promoting digital skills development for companies in the tourism and leisure sector.

Article 2 - Obligations of the parties
2.1 The Support Partner
elloha provides support to the Beneficiary, in order to encourage it to adopt or reinforce the use of digital technology to improve its performance and visibility. For the duration of the Service, elloha will use its own resources and equipment to carry it out.
The Coach undertakes :

- not to promote a single commercial solution, but to objectively present several options adapted to the beneficiary's needs;

- to use, if necessary, videoconferencing tools while respecting the confidentiality of exchanges;

- not to record or reuse the contents of the sessions without the prior agreement of the beneficiary;

- to perform the Service in a professional and diligent manner.

2.2 The Beneficiary
The Beneficiary, after validation of his/her registration by elloha, undertakes to follow the training course and to collaborate actively in the smooth running of the Service. He/she will use his/her own IT resources to access content and support. The beneficiary undertakes to answer:

- at the end of the Service, a satisfaction evaluation (grade and recommendation);

- six (6) months after completion, to a follow-up enabling elloha to measure the impact of the support.

Article 3 - Prices
The price of support services ranges from €300 to €900 inc. tax, depending on theme and duration. Details of the prices applicable to each training course can be found onelloha or on the corresponding registration page.

Payment shall be made directly toelloha in accordance with the terms and conditions communicated at the time of registration. Any public aid or external financing that may be mobilized will be the subject of a separate agreement, independent of these GTC.

An invoice is issued and sent to the beneficiary at the end of the support, attesting to the effective completion of the service.

Article 4 - Duration

These GCS come into force upon acceptance by the Beneficiary. The Service must be provided within a maximum of three (3) months of registration.

Article 5 - Protection of personal data

As data controller, elloha collects and processes the personal data required to manage the Service. This data concerns in particular:

- the beneficiary's surname, first name, contact details and job title;
- administrative information relating to the company (company name, SIRET, etc.).

Data is protected and stored in compliance with the RGPD and the French Data Protection Act. The beneficiary has the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition, which can be exercised at the following address:

Data is kept for the time necessary for administrative follow-up and proof of completion of the Service, in accordance with legal obligations.

Article 6 - Confidentiality

Information exchanged between the parties within the framework of the Service is strictly confidential. Each of the parties undertakes not to disclose it to third parties, except with prior written agreement.

Article 7 - Disputes and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing agreement within fifteen (15) days, the dispute will be referred to the Perpignan Commercial Court.
