What is the main difference between a Destination Platform (like elloha) and a marketplace?
The Destination Platform is a package that is primarily directed towards the pros: for example, how to equip them to better sell themselves, how to help them capture the largest share of direct bookings? A marketplace is rather oriented towards the distribution of your pros' offers: this means that the expected results are mainly based on the sales that you imagine bringing them via your own site or your physical counters. As we know, these days, with the head-on competition from OTAs and Google, these results are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain in proportions that are profitable for your professionals.
Thus, the Destination Platform - with all the services it provides on a daily basis - allows you to enter into an obligation of means rather than results (highly unlikely, for the sales you could generate for them via your site, for example).

What is the main difference between elloha and other online sales solutions?

This means there are no hidden costs such as technical fees charged on each booking (€1.50 or more for example). How long do I have to commit to you?
It's up to you! Because at elloha, there is no minimum commitment period for professionals! Your destination commits to a 12 or 24 month contract and benefits from full start-up assistance!
Is the connection to OTAs fast?
It depends on OTAs of course but our partners (Booking, Expedia, AirBnB, Viator, GetYourGuide TripAdvisor, etc ...) are extremely professional and fast. In general, connecting your pros' schedules to these channels takes only a few hours.
